Exchange Policy
* Karachi customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
* Customers from all other cities in Pakistan can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving their order.
Exchange Conditions
* The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* Exchange requests for used, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
* Delivery and courier charges are non-refundable and are not included in the exchange process.
